PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Effective September 6, 2026
This policy explains how Inspire Your Buyers® handles information when you visit this website, take the Narrative Assessment, book a conversation, or contact us.
Who we are
This website is operated by FutureSite Inc, doing business as Inspire Your Buyers®. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business.
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Information you choose to share
If you email, call, or book a meeting, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, appointment details, and the contents of your message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
We use this information to reply, arrange meetings, discuss or deliver our services, and maintain records of our business relationship.
Newsletter signup
We plan to offer an optional newsletter signup link. When available, you can choose to provide your email address, name, and other contact information requested by the signup form. We will use the information you submit to send the newsletter and manage your subscription.
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by emailing us. A provider used to collect signups or deliver the newsletter will process the information needed for that service. We will update this policy with the provider details when the signup is added.
We do not sell or trade your information
We do not sell or trade personal information you provide to us. We may share it with service providers as needed to operate the site, manage subscriptions, respond to you, or deliver our services, and in the legal or security circumstances described below.
Your Narrative Assessment answers
The assessment calculates your results in your browser. Its code does not send your answers or score to us, save them in cookies or browser storage, or require your email address. Refreshing or closing the page resets the assessment.
If you choose to share your results in an email or meeting, we receive what you share. Visiting the assessment still involves the technical connections described below.
Information involved in loading the website
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes connection information to deliver and protect the site. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events.
The site also uses Google Fonts and embedded Vimeo videos. Your browser connects to these providers when their resources load, which can disclose your IP address, browser information, and the page requesting the resource. Vimeo may receive video interactions and use cookies or similar technologies, including when an embedded player loads before you press play.
Cookies and tracking
The site's own assessment code does not set cookies. Hosting, security, and video providers may use cookies or similar technologies for their services. The site does not currently include a Google Analytics tag, advertising pixel, or a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals.
You can block or remove cookies through your browser and use its controls to restrict third-party content. Blocking some resources may affect video playback, booking, or other features. Third-party providers may collect information about your interactions with their services across websites under their own policies.
Service providers and external links
We use providers for hosting and security, email, and appointment scheduling. They process information needed to provide those services. Our booking links open Zoho Bookings, where information you submit is used to arrange your appointment.
These providers explain their practices here:
- Cloudflare privacy policy
- Google privacy policy
- Vimeo privacy policy and cookie policy
- Zoho privacy policy
Links to Amazon, LinkedIn, research sources, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Book purchases take place through the retailer; this website does not collect your payment-card details.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect rights and address fraud or security threats.
Retention and security
We retain correspondence and business records for as long as needed for the inquiry or relationship, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and resolving disputes. Provider logs and cookies follow the provider's applicable retention practices. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have shared with us, or to ask us to stop sending marketing messages. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You do not need to send assessment answers to make a privacy request.
International visitors
Our business and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those where you live. Applicable provider policies explain their international processing practices.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes or obtain consent before using information in a new way.
